Luke Mischke grew up just north of Spokane in the wonderful town of Deer Park. Leaving his small town for the “big city” of Spokane to pursue construction, he ended up hanging drywall and in the appliance industry. While he enjoyed the hard work and sense of accomplishment he got from the construction, Luke knew he wanted to work with people more intimately in a career with more of a customer service feel. The desire for a different environment eventually landed him in management positions in the health and fitness industry and the automotive business.
Along this journey of new careers and industry changes, Luke met his wife at Gonzaga (or more specifically a grocery store ice cream aisle). Driven by his need to quickly become “husband material”, Luke was more motivated than ever. Luke’s choice to take on the real estate business is fueled by his optimism of Spokane's future and the potential for investment opportunity. Luke and his wife have 2 kids, a girl and a boy, and if you’re driving by their house there's a good chance he could be in the street doing anything from throwing balls around to rollerblading and riding bikes! You can also find him playing a round of golf, competing in a local basketball or volleyball league, or talking about the next UFC fight or football game.
Luke feels fortunate to be part of the significant transaction that is buying a home. Whether it is your first, second, or third home, the opportunity Luke has to bless his clients and make it a smooth transaction is what he looks forward to and is rewarding to him. His personal mission statement is to earn his clients lasting trust and loyalty!
